Paul Casey, JD, Announces Candidacy for Trustee, Clark County School District – District G

Paul Casey, JD, has officially announced his candidacy for Trustee for the Clark County School District, District G, bringing a unique combination of classroom experience, legal training, and decades of community leadership to one of the most important education roles in Southern Nevada.

A Juris Doctor, licensed Nevada CCSD SOSA primary autism teacher, entrepreneur, and longtime community advocate, Casey is seeking the position to strengthen accountability, transparency, and student-focused leadership within the Clark County School District, the nation’s fifth-largest school district.

“As an educator working directly with our students and families, I see firsthand the challenges our schools face,” Casey said. “District G deserves a trustee who understands the classroom, respects parents, and will advocate for policies that put students, teachers, and families first.”

Casey currently serves as a teacher within the Clark County School District, specializing in supporting students with autism. His work focuses on individualized education, parental engagement, and helping students reach their full potential through structured learning and accountability.

In addition to his classroom experience, Casey holds a Juris Doctor degree, giving him a strong foundation in constitutional principles, public governance, and policy oversight skills he believes are essential for responsible leadership on the school board.

Beyond education, Casey is an accomplished producer and entertainment professional whose events have helped generate award-winning charitable contributions for Southern Nevada organizations, including the Children’s Miracle Network, Nevada Blind Children’s Foundation, and the Epilepsy Foundation.

In recognition of his lifetime commitment to volunteerism and community impact, Casey received the President’s Lifetime Volunteer Service Award. He has also been honored with more than twenty-four recognitions and proclamations from city, county, state, and federal government leaders.
