Founder of Paul Casey Entertainment LLC

Paul Casey has dedicated his career to creating events and landmarks that leave behind lasting history in Las Vegas. As the founder of Paul Casey Entertainment, he’s transformed the Southern Nevada landscape with iconic attractions like the Abbey Road Crossing in downtown Las Vegas, Las Vegas Car Stars, and Sin City Halloween. Paul believes in building things that last, creating places that bring people together and make our community stronger.
Through his events, Paul has honored and celebrated countless deserving people, from veterans and first responders to community heroes and everyday residents who make Las Vegas and Henderson great. He understands that our city is built on the contributions of hardworking people who deserve recognition and support.
Paul’s greatest inspiration has always been his family, particularly his late daughter, who had special needs. Raising her taught him that every person deserves dignity, support, and the opportunity to inspire others. “It was always my position to make sure that children inspire others and not to hide them if they had a disability,” Paul says. This personal experience drives his commitment to ensuring that Nevada provides the services and support that individuals with disabilities and their families need and deserve.
Paul currently serves as the head of the Kenpo Karate Hall of Fame (KKHOF), where he oversees the organization that honors martial arts legends and preserves the legacy of American Kenpo. Managing the KKHOF has given Paul valuable experience running an organization with integrity, managing resources responsibly, and maintaining the trust of a historic community that depends on leadership with honor and accountability. These same principles will guide his service in CCSD.
As a successful entrepreneur in Las Vegas’s entertainment and tourism sector, Paul understands what it takes to create jobs and grow our economy. He knows that Las Vegas and Henderson thrive when we invest in both our traditional tourism strengths and emerging technology sectors. His business experience has given him firsthand knowledge of the challenges small business owners face and the policies needed to help them succeed.
Paul is bringing his passion for building community and honoring deserving people to the role of Trustee, where he can advocate for policies that benefit all of Las Vegas and Henderson.
Paul’s Priorities:
Why Paul is Running
“Our community deserves a representative who understands both the dreams we have for Las Vegas and Henderson and the challenges working families face every day,” Paul says. “Whether you’re a parent trying to get your child the support they need, a veteran looking for the services you’ve earned, or a small business owner trying to make payroll, I’ve been there, and I’ll fight for you.”
Paul Casey has been a proud Las Vegas resident since 1999. He continues to work in the entertainment industry and lead the Kenpo Karate Hall of Fame while dedicating himself to advocating for a stronger, more inclusive Nevada.
Community Giving and Charitable Leadership
Paul’s commitment to giving back extends throughout all his work. Las Vegas Car Stars, inspired by his late daughter Jobyna Elizabeth Casey, raises funds for the Children’s Miracle Network, supporting children’s hospitals with resources for uncompensated care, medical research, equipment, and training to save kids’ lives. The event brings together movie and television car owners to celebrate iconic vehicles while raising awareness and funds for children who need special care. Paul has also partnered with Pawsitive Difference Pet Rescue, a Las Vegas organization dedicated to rescuing and rehabilitating abandoned animals, demonstrating his belief that serving the community means helping both people and the animals that bring joy to their lives. Through these partnerships, Paul has shown that entertainment and celebration can be powerful tools for making a real difference in the lives of those who need it most.
